In the 1950's, Hubert and Katherine Rooney moved to our current farm in Morrisville, Vermont. Their two boys, David and Thomas, did not waste any time when it came to tapping the maple trees around the farm. Seventy some-odd years later, David still gets just as excited for Vermont's sweetest season. He still sugars on the farm, along with his wife Charlene "Charlee" Rooney, twin daughters Selina and Siri, Siri's husband Roger, grandchildren (Sam and Clara Alley, Myles, and Adele Marcoux) and nephew Patrick "Pat" Towne
